Hi, I'm Xusheng Zhao. Though, I usually just go by Shane!

I currently work as a DV engineer on the CPU team at Qualcomm. I went into the computer architecture field primarily due to an interest in the inner workings of the computer. Now, my interest has led me to the software field, as the understanding of a computer is certaintly not complete without a thorough understanding of the software stack!

I have always been interested in the software side of things and the many personal applications software has. I am currently delving into the software world through personal projects and at work. I am currently working on developing a stock market backtester in Python and implementing algorithmic trading strategies . You can read more about them here: Work Portfolio

Outside of work, I mostly like to hangout with friends, play video games, watch movies, and occasionally go hiking. Right now I mostly play TFT and Remnant with friends. Hit me up if you want to play some games!
